Wow - this place ticks all the boxes and more! The property is in a very tranquil location and is incredibly peaceful. You wake up to the sounds of birds chirping away and the flow of the river in the background. The immediate area is incredibly pretty and calming. The cottage is so gorgeous, with all the facilities you need and the courtyard was perfect for our dogs to safely run about. The rooms are really big, the furniture comfy, the WiFi brilliant, and Rupert was so friendly and helpful too!

The cottage had a large bathroom, two comfortable bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen/living room. The parking was excellent, and we enjoyed a nice 5-minute walk with our dog. Its location provided easy access to Newquay, the A30, and other routes. We especially appreciated the little touches like the log burner with wood supplied and the pint of milk waiting for us. We would definitely love to go back next year as it truly felt like a home away from home.
